All managed servers come with free backups and backup configuration. Our high performance backups can run as frequently as every 15 minutes with minimal impact to production systems.

Free backups include up to 750GB of backup storage for a Dedicated Server & 500GB of backup storage for a VPS. Any required backup storage beyond this will be billed separately.

System Software Updates

DotBlock will keep all your basic system services updated. This includes, but is not limited to, your Operating System (CentOS), cPanel, Apache, MySQL, and PHP.

Site Migration

DotBlock will provide initial account migration services from any existing cPanel servers, free of charge.

Administrative Credits

Premium Support includes up to 3 hours each month of free administrative services. In the unlikely event that you have an issue outside of the scope of support, our technicians will still help you for up to 3 hours. Any additional administrative support still required will be billed at a discounted rate of $40 USD/hour. These services don't roll over, so be sure to use them if needed!

DotBlock provides best effort support for all of your third party applications and services. When appropriate, a discounted administrative charge of ($40 USD/hour) may apply.
